About the Role

The role combines deep domain knowledge in ERP and EAM platforms with forward-looking AI integration to shape product development, support sales, and ensure real-world customer impact through intelligent automation and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic link between product vision, technical depth, and actual customer workflows.
  • Enhance the delivery of measurable business value by integrating AI-driven automation and digital workers directly into core enterprise systems.
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of ERP and EAM platforms to pinpoint opportunities where emerging tools like automated process loops and AI agents create verifiable customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate across product development, engineering teams, sales initiatives, and customer discussions.
  • Influence product roadmaps, verify functionality, and clearly articulate technical value to both internal teams and client organizations.
  • Ensure advanced capabilities are implemented in appropriate operational contexts with documented, evidence-based results.
  • Dedicate 30% of time to supporting active customer opportunities, strategic dialogues, and forward-looking engagements with major accounts.
  • Allocate 30% of effort to working with product teams on process analysis, solution design, and identifying use cases for automated workflows and digital workers.
  • Spend 20% of time engaging with engineering on validating new features, assessing technical feasibility, and testing pre-release functionality.
  • Devote 20% of capacity to research, personal upskilling, and enabling internal teams on platform evolution, domain trends, and industrial AI advancements

Responsibilities

  • Sit at the intersection of product strategy, deep solution knowledge, and real-world customer process understanding.
  • Accelerate the organization's ability to deliver meaningful value through AI, agentic capabilities, and digital workers – embedded directly into ERP and EAM workflows.
  • Use deep ERP and EAM knowledge to identify where emerging capabilities – including automated loops, digital workers, and agentic AI platforms – can generate real, verifiable customer value.
  • Operate across product, engineering, sales, and customer conversations.
  • Shape what gets built, validate whether it works, and communicate what it means—to internal stakeholders and to customers alike.
  • Ensure that the most advanced ERP and EAM capabilities are delivered into the right contexts, in the right way, with the right supporting evidence.
  • 30%: Customer-facing support – active opportunities, strategic conversations, and 'what next' engagements with key accounts.
  • 30%: Product organisation collaboration – process mapping, solution design, and Loops / digital worker opportunity identification within ERP and EAM.
  • 20%: Engineering engagement – validation, feasibility assessment, and pre-release pressure-testing of proposed capabilities.
  • 20%: Research, self-development, and internal enablement – staying current with platform direction, ERP/EAM domain trends, and Industrial AI advances.
