Docplanner Group is hiring an AI Senior Product Manager, Patient Engagement (100% Remote within Poland)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for AI-enhanced patient engagement platforms.
  • Pinpoint critical patient challenges and focus on AI-based solutions that boost engagement, retention, and confidence in care.
  • Build customized healthcare pathways based on individual patient behaviors, needs, and medical profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across functions to define the direction of AI-integrated healthcare services.
  • Design and refine large language model-powered features, including chat interfaces, prompt engineering, and interactive AI workflows.
  • Create seamless, intuitive user experiences that guide patients through care processes using AI-generated insights and suggestions.
  • Evaluate conversational logs and product performance data to enhance AI response quality and patient outcomes.
  • Lead iterative product development through experimentation and data-informed decision-making.
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and AI prototyping platforms daily to speed up ideation, prototyping, documentation, and implementation.
  • Produce detailed prototypes and product requirements aligned with engineering workflows and specification-driven development.
  • Rapidly progress from user research to concept validation, launch, and continuous improvement using AI-accelerated processes.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and AI teams to deliver effective and secure AI-first products.
  • Inform product strategies using both qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to maximize user success.
  • Help advance AI-native product development standards and support capability growth across the product organization.
