Responsibilities
- Process and analyze large-scale data from manufacturing, testing, deployment, and operations using advanced SQL techniques.
- Translate concepts in manufacturing, quality, and reliability into quantifiable metrics and data-driven performance indicators.
- Conduct statistical evaluations of test data to verify accuracy, consistency, and suitability for automation and root cause investigations.
- Provide ongoing feedback to upstream teams to enhance data completeness, accuracy, and system performance.
- Discover and execute automation opportunities for manual processes using artificial intelligence and advanced analytics.
- Build AI-powered systems that recommend data standards, detect anomalies, map data intelligently, and deliver quality insights.
- Assist in incorporating AI and machine learning platforms—such as Vertex AI and large language models—into analytical workflows and smart applications.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI functionalities into new hardware development and production workflows.
- Create, implement, and support interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Display key metrics including manufacturing performance, data quality scores, operational efficiency, staffing levels, and budget utilization.
- Produce concise summaries and presentations for executives that convert complex technical findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Deliver timely, accurate insights to leadership for informed decision-making on manufacturing and operational performance.
- Engage with engineers, product managers, vendors, and specialists across departments such as manufacturing, quality, IT, and operations.
- Advise external suppliers and internal engineering groups on best practices for data collection, standardization, and warehousing.
- Manage concurrent projects by monitoring milestones, flagging risks, and escalating obstacles to timely delivery.
- Lead change initiatives through clear documentation, structured communication, and training on new processes.
