Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a similar discipline
- Background in machine learning, including deep learning, generative models, optimization, reinforcement learning, or physics-informed ML
- Hands-on involvement in circuit design automation or materials simulation and modeling
- Proficiency in programming, especially Python, and familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong analytical abilities and a research-oriented approach
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with semiconductor design tools
- Experience using multiphysics simulation tools
- Publications or patents in AI applications related to hardware or materials
