Applaudo Studios is hiring an AI QA Engineer (Agentic Testing)

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy intelligent testing agents powered by AI to validate functionality, regression, and integrated systems.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows that analyze user stories and business criteria to produce automated test cases.
  • Assess and enhance AI-generated test outcomes by fine-tuning prompts and increasing test precision.
  • Implement and support API test automation using Playwright.
  • Construct and manage mobile test automation frameworks with WebDriverIO.
  • Embed AI-based testing tools into CI/CD workflows for seamless integration.
  • Record test execution artifacts such as logs, screenshots, reports, and AI-generated evidence.
  • Work closely with development teams to advance AI-based testing methods, frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Investigate and advocate for new AI technologies that boost testing effectiveness and engineering output.
