Aspire Software is hiring an AI Product Engineer to bridge traditional product management with full-stack development. In this role, you will leverage modern AI tools to build software, develop proofs-of-concept, and drive innovation that aligns with customer and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop, prototype, and test AI-powered solutions using modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to explore new AI capabilities and their applications.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven product improvements.
- Document and communicate technical insights, best practices, and feature specifications.
- Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Participate in customer calls and technical demos to showcase AI innovations and gather feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with full-stack development using Go.
- Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React or Next.js.
- Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or integrating AI APIs like OpenAI or Hugging Face.
- Prior experience in product development, technical product management, or building rapid PoCs.
- A strong focus on API development and integrations, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and experience with authentication mechanisms like OAuth and JWT.
- Ability to analyze and interpret AI-generated insights to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Must be able to work US Central Time Zone Hours on a regular basis.
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
