Responsibilities
- Lead feature development from design to deployment and ongoing bug resolution
- Leverage Claude Code to produce backend services in Golang
- Evaluate AI-generated code for technical quality and system compatibility
- Resolve software defects to understand code structure, then accelerate feature delivery
- Quickly decide whether to build in-house, use third-party tools, or generate solutions with AI
- Engage directly with users reporting problems and deliver fixes within the same day
