Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site client engagements to assess current operations by interviewing staff, observing workflows, and identifying processes with strong potential for AI-driven improvements
- Develop financial justifications for automation initiatives by calculating current inefficiencies, projecting returns, and creating prioritized implementation plans
- Create detailed designs of future workflows including process maps, decision rules, exception protocols, human oversight points, and system integrations for engineering teams to implement
- Work closely with AI engineers to convert business needs into technical requirements, verify solutions align with goals, and mediate decisions involving trade-offs between accuracy, speed, cost, and risk
- Manage organizational change by aligning stakeholders, developing communication strategies, deploying training programs, and monitoring user adoption
- Oversee the entire client relationship, including defining project scope, managing expectations, providing updates, handling issues, and reporting results to leadership
- Conduct performance reviews after implementation to evaluate actual outcomes, uncover additional opportunities, and support expansion of automation across the organization
- Develop internal resources such as standardized discovery methods, ROI calculators, workflow blueprints, and industry-specific guides to strengthen service delivery
