As the AI Powered Mobile App Developer, you will take full technical ownership of an evolving mobile platform, guiding both front-end and back-end development from concept to deployment. You’ll work directly with leadership to transform vision into a robust, scalable product, using AI-driven workflows to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end development of mobile applications for iOS and Android, including backend integration and production deployment
- Apply AI-powered tools, large language models, and prompt engineering techniques to streamline coding, testing, and iteration
- Own the technical roadmap, making key decisions that support long-term scalability and performance
- Translate product goals into actionable engineering tasks, refining workflows and improving system stability
- Collaborate closely with the CEO in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where initiative and problem-solving are essential
- Continuously evaluate and enhance user experience, identifying opportunities to improve functionality and reliability
- Balance frontend and backend responsibilities equally, ensuring cohesive system design and seamless feature delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI development tools, LLMs, and vibe-coding workflows such as MCP, Cursor, or Replit
- 2+ years in prompt engineering for AI-driven feature development across platforms like Bolt, Loveable, or Tempolabs
- 3+ years deploying and maintaining production mobile applications on Android and iOS
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with strong ownership and a focus on delivering user value
- Passion for technology and a proactive mindset in sharing ideas and shaping product direction
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities typical of early-stage ventures
- Strong product sense—ability to align technical work with business impact and user needs
