Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions across the European region.
- Develop deployment plans and coordinate resources to ensure successful adoption by subsidiaries and distributors.
- Support distributors and local teams in integrating AI tools into daily business operations.
- Deliver training sessions, user guidance, and best practices to maximize adoption and business impact.
- Act as the key liaison between headquarters, regional teams, distributors, and technical stakeholders.
- Translate global AI initiatives into practical regional action plans and project deliverables.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from regional stakeholders, and translate them into actionable recommendations for Product and Technology teams.
- Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of AI-related projects and operational activities, facilitating communication and aligning priorities across teams.
- Track AI adoption, user engagement, and operational performance metrics, as well as project milestones, risks, and key deliverables.
- Prepare regular status updates and project reviews; proactively resolve implementation challenges.
- Analyze business feedback and identify opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to communicate market needs, project status, and user feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of AI solutions and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5+ years of experience in operations, digital transformation, project management, sales operations, training-related roles, e-commerce, ideally involving AI or technology-driven tools and initiatives.
- Solid understanding of AI applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and digital business tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interpret business and operational data.
- Excellent in local and English communication skills, written and spoken.
