Tiens is hiring an AI Operations & Project Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the deployment and integration of AI technologies across European markets.
  • Create implementation strategies and allocate resources to ensure smooth adoption by regional entities and distribution partners.
  • Assist local teams and distributors in embedding AI tools into everyday workflows.
  • Conduct training programs and provide user support to drive effective usage and measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between global offices, regional units, partners, and technical teams.
  • Convert global AI strategies into localized project plans and achievable objectives.
  • Collect, assess, and prioritize regional business needs, then translate them into actionable inputs for product and tech teams.
  • Monitor execution of AI projects and operational tasks, ensuring alignment and clear communication across departments.
  • Measure adoption rates, user activity, performance indicators, and project progress, including risks and deliverables.
  • Produce periodic project reports and address implementation issues proactively.
  • Evaluate business input to uncover ways to refine operations, boost efficiency, and enable growth.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, sales, and operations units to share market insights, project updates, and user feedback.
  • Support ongoing improvements to AI platforms and user experience based on real-world use.
