Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and automation workflows for the operations team using Cursor and n8n
- Fix bugs and ship features in fast iterations
- 3-4 production releases per day
- Design and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive operational tasks end-to-end
- Integrate with third-party APIs and internal systems without handholding
- Own QA - test your releases against real business logic before pushing
- Talk directly with ops users and translate vague feedback into precise solutions
Requirements
- Cursor.ai / Other AI IDE - expert-level usage, this is your primary build tool
- N8N / Other Agentic Workflow tools - complex multi-step workflows, not just simple triggers
- OpenAI / LLM APIs — agents, tool use, structured outputs, prompt engineering
- Full-stack: Node.js + React or equivalent
- PostgreSQL or similar relational database
- REST API design and third-party integrations
- Cloud deployment (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Strong architecture instincts - you extend cleanly, never break existing systems
- Strong security awareness - use emerging technologies but keep the system secure at the same time
