Create detailed and clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear, ensuring the backlog remains organized and ready for each sprint.
Monitor release progress across engineering and QA teams, and proactively communicate status updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
Design wireframes and mockups using AI-powered design and prototyping tools, demonstrating a strong sense of UI/UX to maintain an intuitive and polished product (this skill will be assessed during the interview).
Contribute to process improvement by leveraging AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to analyze data, identify gaps, and resolve bottlenecks.

At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience specifically in software or SaaS environments.
Direct experience working on B2B SaaS products is mandatory.
Advanced, practical proficiency with Linear or a similar agile tracking tool, GitHub, and Claude (both CLI and app) or equivalent AI tools.
Strong design sensibility, foundational knowledge of UI/UX workflows, and a proven ability to create mockups using AI-assisted tools.
Solid technical background with strong familiarity in software development, enabling meaningful discussions with engineers about APIs, web technologies, and architecture.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or intranet products is a strong plus.
Deeper hands-on experience, such as with JavaScript, React, or the Microsoft 365 or SharePoint ecosystem, is a significant advantage.
A personal project built with Claude Code or Codex that you can present and explain during the interview.
