Responsibilities
- Gather and organize client requirements systematically
- Facilitate discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders across DACH clients
- Document functional and business requirements clearly and logically
- Align client needs with platform capabilities: determine out-of-the-box fit, configuration needs, and engineering requirements
- Convert business objectives into actionable user stories and functional specs for development teams
- Manage expectations of stakeholders throughout project execution
- Examine integration opportunities and dependencies
- Evaluate technical API documentation from core banking, CRM, and online banking systems
- Collaborate with engineering to define integration touchpoints
- Record data flows, interface contracts, and edge cases to prevent last-minute issues at launch
- Provide practical guidance on prioritizing integrations by timing and impact
- Set up and optimize workflows to deliver immediate value
- Configure mortgage products, business logic, and customer pathways within the platform
- Verify configurations against agreed scope and ensure successful acceptance testing
- Conduct training for end users and customer advocates
- Maintain close engagement through go-live and initial adoption, then transition smoothly to Customer Success
- Operate with an AI-first mindset
- Leverage AI tools to draft documentation, summarize meetings, generate specs, and automate repetitive tasks
- Assess where AI enhances productivity and where human judgment is essential, then adapt workflows accordingly
- Contribute to advancing the standard for AI-powered delivery functions
