Responsibilities
- Create and implement agent-based testing frameworks and workflows integrated with large language models, progressing from initial prototypes to full production deployment
- Establish and manage performance metrics to assess the consistency, precision, and ongoing enhancement of agent-driven systems
- Assess and propose new artificial intelligence technologies, models, and platforms for potential integration
- Discover, build, and sustain AI-driven automated solutions that increase operational efficiency across service delivery, internal operations, and sales activities in the Northeast region
- Conduct workflow analyses to pinpoint automation opportunities using agent systems and develop reusable, scalable delivery models
- Maintain responsibility for documenting, testing, and refining production-ready AI modules and proof-of-concept implementations for both internal and client use
- Develop and execute training initiatives that empower regional teams to independently manage, support, and expand agent-based systems
- Produce educational resources and facilitate training sessions to improve AI fluency across departments, including transition guides and operational runbooks
