Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and data science teams to assess user requirements and advance AI/ML prototypes into scalable production systems
- Build and deploy robust machine learning models and algorithms designed to address intricate business challenges
- Manage the effective aggregation and unification of data from multiple sources to support model training and evaluation
- Work alongside technical teams to embed AI/ML capabilities into current platforms and refine data acquisition workflows
- Monitor model behavior in production and implement optimizations for performance, speed, and scalability
- Produce clear, sustainable, and thoroughly documented code following established software engineering standards
- Apply machine learning insights to uncover process efficiencies and support strategic initiatives that boost organizational effectiveness
- Drive user adoption of AI/ML solutions through change management, training support, and post-deployment monitoring to resolve issues
