Responsibilities
- Influencing the development, distribution, and expansion of AI capabilities across the organization
- Creating and refining reusable AI frameworks, templates, and reference designs for generative AI, large language model solutions, machine learning workflows, and cloud-based AI systems
- Participating in internal knowledge transfer through technical workshops, live demonstrations, deep-dive sessions, and guidance on best practices
- Delivering expertise in areas including generative AI coordination, retrieval-augmented generation, model deployment strategies, prompt engineering, system architecture, monitoring, and cost-effective AI design
- Guiding software engineers and shaping the technical vision for AI initiatives
- Supporting the launch of AI projects by joining client engagements with up to 50% time commitment for 1-2 months
- Assisting in the definition of system architectures, validating technical designs, developing early prototypes, and establishing solid engineering practices prior to team scaling
