INFUSE Academy is hiring an AI Innovation Team Lead (Remote, Contract)

We are building a small, high-impact team of problem-solvers, builders, and operators who will help us transform and evolve in the AI era. This is not a traditional role with narrowly defined responsibilities. You will join a cross-functional transformation squad focused on identifying inefficiencies, challenging legacy workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact. Some team members may come from technical backgrounds. Others from operations, product, analytics, project management, or completely different industries. What matters the most: - ability to solve real problems in a variety of different departments across the organization - be agile and forward-thinking - not to be tied to legacy systems and processes - be innovative and propose creative solutions - adaptability We are looking for people who naturally ask: “Why do we still do it this way?” and then help build something new and better. We expect you to be: - Self-directed and sufficient - Comfortable with ambiguity - Strong problem-solver with analytical thinking - Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams - Continuously curious about AI and emerging technologies - Fast learner who enjoys figuring things out - Not attached to “this is how it’s always been done Bonus Points: - Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, n8n, etc.), automations, agents, or workflows - Vibecoding - Process redesign experience - SQL / Python / no-code automation tools - Experience leading change initiatives Don't hesitate to apply.
