Responsibilities
- Design and deploy proprietary AI agents and automated workflows leveraging internal data to establish sustainable competitive differentiation
- Create and manage a structured methodology covering discovery, pilot testing, refinement, deployment, adoption, and performance tracking to guide project execution
- Lead experimental initiatives across departments to evaluate technologies and methods, using outcomes to refine scalable production processes and secure stakeholder alignment
- Build and maintain integrations between artificial intelligence platforms and key business systems, including APIs, data validation protocols, and pipeline architectures
- Work closely with domain specialists to ensure solutions are effective, user-friendly, data-accessible, and enhance team performance
- Partner with executive leadership to align workflows with strategic goals and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement and widespread adoption of systems through regular reviews, progress measurement, and updated training protocols
- Maintain the organization's AI technology ecosystem, including tool inventory, vendor strategy, build-or-buy decisions, integration framework, and shared data architecture
- Develop repeatable AI patterns, agent-based workflows, and multi-agent collaboration integrations that deliver growing value across use cases
- Advise on internal development versus external procurement of tools and workflows to meet business objectives efficiently
- Conduct informal training sessions, office hours, and troubleshooting support to help team members adopt AI-enhanced practices
- Support updates to service delivery materials including scope definitions, pricing models, policies, and promotional content
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of AI governance policies that promote responsible use, define standard procedures, and reduce risks to clients and operations
