Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery from design collaboration to live deployment and post-launch stability
- Customize and integrate the agentic AI platform to fulfill specific client needs
- Ensure all solutions adhere to the core architectural principles and technical capabilities of the platform
- Develop high-quality, sustainable code for integrations, custom agents, and workflow enhancements
- Design and maintain APIs using REST and gRPC protocols for seamless enterprise SaaS connectivity
- Utilize back-end technologies like Python and Go, and contribute to front-end development with React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required
- Work with databases including PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Elastic, and Redis to design scalable data models
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customer business operations, systems, and limitations
- Convert real-world business processes into practical AI-driven workflows, challenging scope when necessary
- Identify potential failure points in AI systems related to integration, data integrity, scalability, and edge cases
- Serve as the main technical liaison for customer business and IT teams during implementation phases
- Support customer and internal teams during critical periods such as launches, incidents, and requirement changes
- Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Deploy and secure systems in multi-tenant SaaS environments ready for production use
- Implement security standards and enterprise integration methods including authentication, role-based access control, auditing, and compliance
- Measure success through user adoption and measurable business outcomes, not just feature delivery
- Ensure system reliability and performance after go-live under operational pressure
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Value Engineering teams across the organization
- Provide feedback from customer engagements to influence product and platform evolution
- Help establish and follow team-wide best practices, delivery standards, and reusable implementation patterns
