Responsibilities
- Create quick prototypes and scalable, production-grade modules for AI-powered applications in research, document processing, data access, and workflow automation.
- Write, evaluate, improve, test, and sustain code using Python and other approved development tools and frameworks.
- Develop and connect RESTful APIs, MCP elements, data connectors, webhooks, databases, and enterprise software services.
- Integrate AI workflows with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, corporate data repositories, external platforms, and authorized AI tools.
- Design and deploy data retrieval and processing systems using embeddings, vector or hybrid search methods, metadata filters, indexing strategies, and access-aware logic.
- Host and manage applications in Microsoft Azure following established standards for identity, storage, networking, security, and deployment.
- Establish consistent development, testing, and release pipelines using Git, CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Enforce security measures including authentication, role-based permissions, secrets handling, logging, monitoring, environment isolation, and access controls.
- Evaluate AI systems for robustness, security flaws, model inaccuracies, prompt injection risks, unauthorized data access, unsafe tool usage, and dependency failures.
- Engage in technical reviews, code evaluations, client meetings, issue resolution, readiness checks, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Document system designs, diagrams, operational procedures, test results, and architectural decisions while communicating risks, obstacles, and scope adjustments.
- Share reusable code, deployment configurations, testing methods, integration patterns, and engineering best practices with the AI team in Ukraine.
