Responsibilities
- Create intelligent agents powered by large language models to enhance planning, decision-making, and operational optimization
- Develop patterns for managing agent behavior, including tool integration, memory management, evaluation, and safety controls
- Implement and maintain retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with structured prompting and effective data retrieval methods
- Use simulation extensively during design, leveraging synthetic data, scenario replay, and state modeling to verify system logic
- Deliver complete product features that span backend services in Python and TypeScript, APIs using REST, GraphQL, or FastAPI, and frontend interfaces with React
- Design interactive interfaces enabling human oversight, input review, corrections, and model explainability
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver AI features that are intuitive and interpretable
- Take end-to-end ownership of production services, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and cost efficiency
- Build systems with security, testability, and regulatory compliance as foundational elements
- Apply infrastructure-as-code principles and modern continuous integration and deployment workflows
- Advocate for simulation-driven development, testable designs, and rapid iteration cycles
