Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to convert business needs into actionable AI strategies, outlining project boundaries, performance indicators, and technical methodologies
- Architect, develop, and implement AI-integrated applications, services, and automated workflows, including systems powered by large language models, data retrieval frameworks, and smart process automation
- Build and sustain APIs, server-side components, and data processing pipelines that support high-performance AI and analytics platforms
- Lead efforts in model validation, prompt optimization, data curation, and system testing to ensure robustness, accuracy, and iterative enhancement
- Support the design and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment processes for AI solutions
- Enhance team engineering standards through peer code evaluation, system design documentation, mentorship, and refinement of development practices
