Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy pragmatic AI solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, tailored to client needs and habits, to solve pressing business problems
- Leverage AI solutions and client data to drive real-world impact and address critical business challenges
- Work in high-performing, agile teams and play an active role throughout the project life cycle - from contributing to project proposals to designing and deploying solutions, as well as supporting business development activities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clients, partners and internal teams
- Contribute to Artifact’s growth by developing assets and driving initiatives that support the company’s success
Requirements
- Experience in (Gen)AI and Data Science with a good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision
- Fluency in Python, along with experience in Git, SQL, DevOps and MLOps
- Familiarity with analytics libraries, visualization tools and Big Data frameworks, e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark
- Excellent written and oral communication (English and German or French is a must)
- Willingness to travel in Switzerland and available work permit in Switzerland
- You intend to start your new job at Artifact within the next 3 months from your point of application
Nice to Have
- First experience in designing and scaling AI solutions in production on cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP), with exposure to Docker, APIs, backend/frontend, and microservices architectures
- Experience in frontend engineering e.g. React
- Experience as a full stack engineer is a plus
