Design, implement, and deploy pragmatic AI solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, tailored to client needs and habits, to solve pressing business problems
Leverage AI solutions and client data to drive real-world impact and address critical business challenges
Work in high-performing, agile teams and play an active role throughout the project life cycle - from contributing to project proposals to designing and deploying solutions, as well as supporting business development activities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clients, partners and internal teams
Contribute to Artifact’s growth by developing assets and driving initiatives that support the company’s success

Experience in (Gen)AI and Data Science work with a deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision
Fluency in Python, along with experience in Git, SQL, DevOps and MLOps
Familiarity with analytics libraries, visualization tools and Big Data frameworks, e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark
First experience in designing and scaling (Gen)AI solutions in production on cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP), with exposure to Docker, APIs, backend/frontend development, and microservices architectures
Excellent written and oral communication (English and German or French is a must)
Enjoying communication and building relationships with clients and teams is a plus
Willingness to travel in Switzerland
Available work permit in Switzerland
