Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust machine learning models in Python using frameworks like PyTorch, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability
- Construct and manage AI agent workflows using agentic tools such as LangChain, LiveKit, and OpenAIAgentsSDK for applications including enterprise chatbots, internal productivity assistants, document intelligence, and automated processes
- Define and validate agent behavior through protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol), Guardrails, and structured instructions to ensure safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance
- Leverage AWS Bedrock as the core large language model service, integrating foundational models and enhancing inference efficiency within enterprise AI systems using RAG architectures and advanced embedding and retrieval methods
- Create and automate high-level AI workflows using platforms like n8n to accelerate prototyping, integration, and orchestration of multi-step LLM or agent-driven automations
- Utilize OpenWebUI or comparable LLM interface frameworks to test, refine, and manage LLM and agent interactions in on-premises or hybrid deployment environments
- Employ AWS SageMaker for efficient, large-scale training and deployment of machine learning models
- Build and maintain big data pipelines using Apache Spark on AWS EMR, optimizing processing tasks for large datasets to support rapid feature extraction and preprocessing for ML models
