LLEVERAGE is hiring an AI Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop intelligent agents to automate workflows using natural language interfaces as part of the Copilot system.
  • Create evaluation frameworks and performance metrics to assess AI models against business goals.
  • Optimize generative AI models through targeted fine-tuning for specific product applications.
  • Build full-stack features by developing backend APIs and frontend interfaces using Next.js and TypeScript.
  • Enhance off-the-shelf RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems for accurate information access.
  • Set up monitoring and alerting infrastructure to track AI model behavior in production.
  • Support rapid iteration by contributing to fast feedback cycles—release early, learn, and refine.
  • Evaluate engineering choices based on their impact on customer value and business outcomes.
