Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modular and reusable systems
- Explore new technologies and find solutions to enhance products
- Participate in design discussions
- Troubleshoot complex problems
- Contribute directly to the codebase
- Play a key part in building a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Review code
- Support other engineers and tech lead
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and delivering production ready AI Applications
- Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering
- Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP
- Experience on developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
