OKX is hiring an AI Enablement Director

About the Role

This role requires a practical builder who bridges AI strategy and execution, working directly with teams to identify friction points, prototype solutions, and drive real-world implementation—combining technical ability with operational execution to deliver shipped AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AI integration projects across departments, ensuring full execution from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams such as Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support to deeply understand current workflows and uncover inefficiencies.
  • Convert workflow insights into actionable AI solution concepts with clear implementation paths, avoiding theoretical suggestions.
  • Partner directly with business units to deploy AI tools, copilots, automated processes, and internal applications, ensuring post-launch adoption.
  • Measure and communicate outcomes including time savings, efficiency improvements, and quality gains to guide future investments.
  • Develop standardized templates and playbooks from each project to enable replication across other teams.
  • Serve as an AI product manager for complex, cross-department initiatives by aligning business needs with existing technology and coordinating engineering delivery.
  • Build rapid prototypes and lightweight automation tools to address urgent needs and deliver immediate value to teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal AI systems such as copilots, MCP servers, knowledge bases, and agent frameworks to maximize reuse.
  • Assess new AI technologies and methods for internal applicability, running low-cost pilots before recommending enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Support AI literacy programs for non-technical teams by translating capabilities into practical, implementable use cases.
  • Maintain and expand internal resources including AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and technical documentation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business teams with AI ideas, helping refine, prioritize, and accelerate implementation.
  • Share reusable components and insights back into the central AI function to prevent redundant work across teams.
