Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction, product roadmap, and long-term vision for AI-powered digital platforms including the AI website and associated content hubs
- Oversee full lifecycle content operations, including updates, architecture, accuracy, and governance standards
- Establish, monitor, and report on OKRs, KPIs, and performance indicators to measure product success
- Convert business objectives into actionable user stories and detailed technical specifications
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, data analysts, and business units to align product development
- Enforce content compliance, governance policies, and consistency with brand guidelines
- Enhance digital user experience, site navigation, and audience engagement using data insights and user feedback
- Direct the planning, testing, and deployment of digital content updates and feature releases
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product ownership or digital product management roles
- Proven track record delivering digital solutions in large, complex enterprise settings
- Strong ability to manage relationships and expectations across multiple stakeholders in matrixed environments
- Skilled in developing product roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and user journey mappings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and translate requirements
- Hands-on experience with content management systems or digital content platforms
- Capable of leading several concurrent cross-functional projects
Nice to Have
- Prior collaboration with UX/UI design and analytics teams
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AEM, Analytics, and Target, as well as SharePoint
- Basic proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
