Kittl is looking for an AI Design Expert to join our Product Content Team in a contractor capacity. In this role, you will focus on pushing the boundaries of our AI capabilities by creating inspiring styles, images, and videos that empower professional designers. You will work at the frontier of AI and design alongside world-class creatives.
What You'll Do
- Prototype bold visual directions and explore what’s possible with AI design tools.
- Create and refine prompts that unlock creativity and make AI tools intuitive for real design work.
- Test, refine, and improve ideas quickly, balancing creativity with impact.
- Experiment and shape visual trends at the frontier of AI and design.

- Strong visual design sense and willingness to explore unconventional ideas.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically in image generation and prompt engineering.
- Self-starter who thrives on trying new things and challenging the status quo.
- Exceptionally driven to drive impact and takes extreme ownership to get things done.
- Goes above and beyond in their role and is deeply passionate about their work.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Product Content Team within Kittl, a company of 120+ team members, reporting to the Product Content Lead. Engineers, product managers, and designers are at our core, shaping an engineering-driven working culture in a truly product-led company.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
