Responsibilities
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess current workflows, pinpoint repetitive processes, and rank AI and automation opportunities by impact, effort, and risk.
- Create and implement AI-driven tools using both low-code platforms and custom code in Python and large language model APIs.
- Build applications for summarizing research, gathering and cleaning data, monitoring investment criteria, and generating reports.
- Enhance data accuracy, organization, and availability while adhering to internal governance, security, and privacy policies.
- Assess new AI technologies and third-party vendors through pilot programs and deliver evidence-based recommendations on development versus procurement.
- Produce standardized prompts, templates, automation modules, and guidelines to promote consistent AI adoption across teams.
- Support the transition of prototypes into operational tools via documentation, training, and iterative improvements based on user input.
- Monitor and report on performance indicators such as time saved, usage rates, efficiency improvements, and error reduction.
- Ensure all solutions comply with internal AI governance, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards through collaboration with technology and compliance units.
