Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor who clearly communicates advanced AI capabilities in business terms to non-technical decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client engagement
- Collaborate with sales leadership on marketing initiatives, pipeline growth, content development, pricing strategy, and converting initial projects into long-term managed services
- Partner with senior and principal-level staff to uncover new leads from existing client relationships
- Lead the delivery of the AI Launchpad Service, an advisory program aimed at accelerating client AI adoption
- Immerse in client environments to conduct discovery sessions, interview team members across functions, observe real-time operations, and map current processes to uncover high-value AI use cases
- Develop compelling business justifications for each project by analyzing current costs, forecasting returns, and creating prioritized implementation roadmaps
- Design detailed future-state processes including workflow diagrams, decision rules, exception handling, human oversight points, and system integrations to guide engineering teams
- Collaborate with AI engineers during development, converting business needs into technical requirements, validating results, and mediating trade-offs in accessible language
- Manage organizational change on the client side by aligning stakeholders, planning communications, rolling out training, and monitoring adoption rates
- Maintain full ownership of the client relationship from start to finish, managing scope, expectations, progress updates, issue resolution, and executive reporting
- Conduct follow-up reviews after deployment to assess performance, identify additional opportunities, and support service expansion
- Support internal knowledge growth by documenting and sharing reusable frameworks, financial models, workflow templates, and industry-specific strategies
