About The Job We're expanding rapidly and seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to revolutionize our internal work processes. This is a hands-on position where you'll architect, construct, and refine automation workflows, system connections, and AI-driven tools that accelerate, enhance, and stabilize our operational capabilities. You'll excel if you're passionate about resolving intricate challenges, interconnecting systems, and developing scalable solutions across diverse team functions. What you will do: - Automation & Integrations: Develop, refine, and sustain workflows using n8n and Make.com, integrating HubSpot, WordPress, Power BI, Jibble, and PostgreSQL. - HubSpot Workflows: Oversee workflow management, maintain data properties, ensure information integrity, manage automated triggers, and connect HubSpot with internal and external tools via APIs or automation platforms. - Data Work & Analytics: Execute PostgreSQL queries through DBeaver, construct/manage pipelines in Microsoft Azure & Fabric, and utilize Power BI for data transformation, reporting, and visualization. - Web & Scripting: Maintain and customize WordPress, handle front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) and back-end (PHP) modifications, and develop Python microservices (FastAPI, automation, data processing). - AI Integrations: Create intelligent tools and microservices with OpenAI/LLM APIs, implementing AI automations like summarization, classification, and internal assistants. Who we are looking for: - Robust Python skills for automation, APIs, and data management. - Proficiency with n8n/Make.com or rapid adaptation to new automation tools. - Understanding of HubSpot workflows, Power BI, and Azure/Fabric. - Strong SQL capabilities (DBeaver) and comprehensive WordPress expertise (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, ACF, hooks). - Background with REST APIs, OAuth, FastAPI/Flask, or CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) is advantageous. - Analytical, flexible, and proactive, with exceptional problem-solving capabilities. - Effective communicator, meticulously organized, and experienced in remote team collaboration.
