Responsibilities
- Develop and support AI-integrated software development pipelines, tooling, and automated processes throughout the development lifecycle
- Design and implement agent-based AI architectures, multi-agent systems, and smart task automation workflows
- Utilize AI development tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and similar AI-powered coding environments
- Assess new and evolving agent-based AI models, frameworks, and software toolkits for practical application
- Create proof-of-concept implementations and prototypes to evaluate system scalability, reliability, and architectural compatibility
- Recommend effective technical designs based on empirical research and thorough evaluation of advantages and limitations
- Collaborate with product teams, system architects, and clients to define project requirements and develop agent-driven AI solutions
- Explain advanced technical topics in clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences
- Support clients in adopting AI development tools for both new and existing software systems
