Responsibilities
- Design and build software components that align with both business needs and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and refine Java and Spring Boot systems to boost scalability, maintainability, and overall performance.
- Improve code health by reducing technical debt through adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Utilize AI-driven coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Devin, or comparable tools to streamline code review, refactoring, and documentation tasks.
- Work closely with development teams to detect performance issues and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Support full-stack development efforts in line with current software engineering principles.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation using platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and ALM tools.
- Assist production support units in diagnosing and resolving critical technical problems.
- Ensure all systems meet required standards for security, code quality, and development governance.
