Sutherland Global Services is looking for an AI Architect to drive product growth and innovation. In this key role, you will be responsible for technical assessments, architecture, development of Proof-of-Concepts, and enabling the engineering team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct technical assessments including code, architecture, database, log, and network reviews.
- Develop Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and sample implementations for critical technical challenges.
- Define and promote CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and agile development processes.
- Coach senior and mid-level engineers on best coding practices.
- Review and improve Azure deployments (IaaS and PaaS) and optimize cloud resource utilization.
- Participate in capacity planning and create architecture roadmaps for flagship applications.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft stack: C#, .NET Core, Node JS & React.
- Strong understanding of Cloud (IaaS & PaaS), networking, and security.
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
- Experience conducting code, architecture, and database reviews.
- Strong mentorship skills to coach engineers across onshore/offshore teams.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in scaling and optimizing enterprise applications.
- Ability to create PoCs and working code snippets for critical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
