Responsibilities
- Develop automated workflows using Workato to integrate enterprise systems
- Design AI-enhanced recipes to reduce manual data entry and processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation pipelines
- Ensure automations comply with security and governance standards
- Optimize performance of integration workflows
- Document technical designs and operational procedures
- Support onboarding of new teams to automation platforms
- Monitor system alerts and respond to integration failures
- Implement error handling and retry logic in workflows
- Work with APIs to connect SaaS applications
- Maintain version control for automation code
- Conduct testing to validate data accuracy across systems
- Scale solutions to support growing business needs
- Stay current with advancements in AI and workflow automation
Nice to Have
- Workato certification or equivalent credential
- Experience with AI-driven anomaly detection in workflows
