Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and agronomic expertise to boost sales by supporting internal teams and external partners including growers, retailers, and distribution channels.
- Oversee and manage demonstration, sales support, and research agreement sites, coordinating with field development scientists to conduct trials at academic institutions.
- Coordinate local trial programs through retail and distribution partners and create supporting materials aligned with marketing goals.
- Lead product and solution training initiatives in collaboration with subject matter experts for assigned regions, engaging sales teams, partners, and farming operations.
- Design competitive strategies to differentiate offerings from rival products in the marketplace.
- Work with regional sales teams to place product portfolios effectively on farms, support retail go-to-market plans, and guide agronomic aspects of campaign development.
- Build connections with key internal stakeholders influencing local markets, such as technical leads, marketing leads, field scientists, and service representatives.
- Sustain relationships with external decision-makers, particularly major retailers and distribution network partners.
- Support service delivery through training, advice, and hands-on participation during customer service engagements as required.
