Centric Consulting seeks an Agentic Architect to design the foundational systems for flexible agent orchestration and multi-agent coordination. You will establish architectural standards and patterns to guide development teams working on advanced AI agent systems.
What You'll Do
- Design composition patterns and registry systems that enable flexible agent orchestration
- Architect information flows, context management, and attention optimization across agent systems
- Create reusable architectural patterns and frameworks for common agent coordination needs
- Design prompt rendering systems and progressive disclosure mechanisms
- Balance system complexity with maintainability, debuggability, and token efficiency
- Establish architectural standards and patterns for the broader development team
- Design delegation patterns and multi-agent coordination protocols
What We're Looking For
- Strong systems architecture or platform engineering background
- Experience designing complex, multi-component systems
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts and data flow patterns
- Solid programming skills and ability to work across the stack (Python preferred)
- Experience with system integration and API design
- Track record of learning new technologies and applying them effectively
Nice to Have
- Some exposure to AI/ML concepts and capabilities
- Experience with workflow orchestration or event-driven architectures
- Background with microservices, containerization, or cloud-native patterns
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability in complex systems
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges
- Previous work with AI/ML systems or platforms
- Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent systems
- Background in platform or infrastructure engineering
- Knowledge of specific business domains and their technical requirements
