Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for client inquiries and complex automation initiatives
- Lead discovery workshops to uncover strategic opportunities using AI, large language models, and autonomous systems
- Create unified data and artificial intelligence architectures linking marketing tools with data storage and LLM platforms
- Deliver technical proposals to client decision-makers emphasizing return on investment from automation and agent-based systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges in integrations, data inconsistencies, and AI stack limitations
- Establish trusted advisor status, becoming the go-to expert for clients on AI and automation strategy
- Architect full-cycle agentic workflows: from data sources through automation or LLM processing to actions and reporting
- Develop integrations and automated processes using platforms such as n8n, Make, Flowise, AWS Step Functions, custom APIs, and orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal
- Design and implement intelligent workflows for marketing automation, data validation, and predictive modeling
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications for content creation, data enhancement, and audience segmentation
- Partner with data engineering teams to develop and maintain MLOps and automated data pipelines
- Record technical designs, agent architecture patterns, and deployment best practices for reuse
- Evaluate and verify the accuracy and efficiency of AI and automation outputs
