Responsibilities

- Maintains strict compliance with HIPAA regulations in all operations.
- Meets performance benchmarks such as monthly revenue goals, upsell objectives, and productivity targets.
- Manages patient leads effectively, including timely communication and follow-up as required.
- Conducts thorough review of patient documentation before procedures to confirm accurate medical history, physical assessment, current medications, and other necessary components.
- Administers treatments in alignment with established company protocols and procedures provided at hire and accessible ongoing.
- Ensures patient care is delivered in a manner that maximizes safety and minimizes risks of medical or healthcare-related errors.
- Identifies situations requiring escalation of care to a registered nurse or physician for appropriate resolution.
- Applies knowledge of infection control practices, including standard and transmission-based precautions, hand hygiene, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Implements quality improvement initiatives in accordance with internal policies and AAAHC standards.
- Becomes proficient with electronic tracking systems and databases, staying current with updates and new content.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all organizational policies, procedures, and required forms, adapting to changes as they occur.
- Takes ownership of completing initial and annual training requirements successfully.
- Attends and actively engages in scheduled clinic and corporate meetings, including educational sessions, in-services, and team huddles.
- Provides temporary administrative support to other staff members when needed.
