Responsibilities

- Maintains full compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient-related activities.
- Meets performance benchmarks such as monthly revenue goals, product upselling targets, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Manages patient inquiries and follow-ups effectively using established communication protocols.
- Conducts thorough review of patient documentation before procedures, verifying medical history, physical assessments, medications, and required forms.
- Delivers treatments in alignment with established company policies and procedural guidelines provided at hire and updated regularly.
- Provides care in a manner that maximizes patient safety and minimizes risks of medical errors.
- Identifies situations requiring escalation and promptly refers patient concerns to registered nurses or physicians.
- Applies knowledge of infection control, including hand hygiene, standard and transmission-based precautions, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Follows quality improvement protocols as defined by internal policy and AAAHC standards.
- Utilizes electronic tracking systems and databases accurately, staying current with updates and changes.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all operational policies, procedures, and documentation requirements, including revisions.
- Completes all initial and annual training obligations successfully and on schedule.
- Attends and actively engages in clinic and corporate-wide meetings, educational sessions, and team in-services.
- Provides administrative support to team members when needed.
