Responsibilities
- Consult with new and returning clients to assess their objectives and recommend suitable treatment paths, collaborating with physicians as part of their transformation process.
- Inform clients about the clinic's distinctive methodology, available services, procedural timelines, and financial or payment alternatives.
- Facilitate consistent communication between the clinical staff and clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience before and after treatments.
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up with potential candidates.
- Act as a team leader within the location, promoting collaboration, communication, and a high standard of client care.
