EWOR GmbH is looking for an Aerospace Co-Founder / CSO to build and run your own venture from the ground up. You will join a program designed for outlier personalities, embarking on a personal development journey with extensive support to scale your company to €100M+ in revenues and ultimately build a €1B+ company.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Aerospace.
- Follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
