Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of advanced trading product managers, defining priorities, assigning responsibilities across product domains, and overseeing delivery timelines.
- Lead full-cycle project execution including roadmap development, cross-team coordination, milestone monitoring, risk management, and post-release evaluation.
- Define the strategic direction for advanced trading features on both web and app platforms by converting market insights into actionable product plans.
- Perform in-depth analysis of competitor offerings including trading mechanisms, fee structures, user experience, and product launches to uncover competitive advantages.
- Monitor evolving trends in traditional finance and cryptocurrency derivatives markets and evaluate their relevance to platform development.
- Supervise the design and enhancement of core trading systems such as account models, order processing, margin frameworks, risk controls, and trade settlement interfaces.
- Champion superior trading user experiences including customizable layouts, advanced order entry, charting tools, execution speed, and features that support active traders.
- Manage pricing models and liquidity settings for delta-one instruments in collaboration with market makers and institutional partners to optimize trade performance.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements in licensed jurisdictions including Singapore, EU, Hong Kong, US, Brazil, Australia, and UAE.
- Convert regional regulatory constraints—such as leverage limits, eligibility rules, and disclosure mandates—into functional product requirements without compromising market competitiveness.
- Act as the main point of contact for product-related matters across engineering, quantitative risk, compliance, legal, operations, business development, and institutional clients.
