Responsibilities
- Lead and applicant tracking and follow-up
- Engage prospective students through multiple channels including video calls, email, phone, and text to advance them through enrollment
- Maintain and grow a database of leads, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment
- Achieve all weekly and monthly targets set by the admissions team
- Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to align recruitment strategies
- Build trust with applicants by learning their backgrounds, motivations, and goals, and connect them to program benefits
- Clearly convey the unique value of the university’s offerings to potential candidates
- Interact respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse global, academic, and professional backgrounds
- Schedule consistent meetings with qualified prospects for program overviews and application support
- Deliver accurate and prompt updates and data to leadership as needed
- Gain thorough understanding of all academic programs to support candidate decision-making
- Explain how programs fulfill individual goals for teacher certification or advanced degrees in education
