Primer is hiring an Admissions Representative

Responsibilities

  • Meet face-to-face with interested parents at times and locations convenient for them to discuss enrollment.
  • Organize and lead campus visits and open house events alongside site staff to support the admissions process.
  • Attend local events to build community relationships and establish trust in the area.
  • Ensure precise scheduling, timely communication, and consistent follow-up using Salesforce and Groove systems.
  • Act as a welcoming local point of contact, ensuring families receive clear and supportive information.
  • Identify recurring themes from parent interactions and share insights with the central admissions team.
