Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors with professionalism and promptness
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person requests, directing them appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Reserve conference spaces and manage logistical details for gatherings
- Order, track, and replenish office supplies; proactively address inventory needs
- Fill in at the reception area when necessary
- Handle incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distribution
- Oversee shipping arrangements, packaging, and dispatch of outgoing materials
- Assist with document preparation, including copying, scanning, binding, and formatting marketing or presentation content
- Conduct research and develop reports or presentations as required
- Enhance administrative workflows and office procedures for improved efficiency
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Uphold confidentiality when working with sensitive or private information
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members, including booking travel and organizing logistics
