Ubertal is hiring an Administrative Assistant II

Responsibilities

  • Support and provide back-up to the current Administrative Assistant
  • Schedule 1:1 meetings, recurring meetings, and group meetings with complex schedules using Microsoft Outlook Calendar
  • Schedule and oversee interview logistics
  • Onboard new employees and contractors, including setting up network access and ordering equipment
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner
  • Create, edit, and compile diverse administrative assignments, Power Point presentations, and other related materials, including highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Communicate with poise and professionalism through verbal and written communication
  • Book domestic and international travel for the team

Requirements

  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite
  • Executes tasks efficiently and quickly with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among multiple assignments
  • Flexibility with time/working with different time zones
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 or more years of administrative experience

  • Working in the Banking industry a plus
